Information about requesting removal of a Sky Garden account.

Important: This page does not itself submit or process a deletion request. The operator must confirm a working request method and the applicable data-deletion procedure before this page can be used as a Google Play account-deletion destination.

How to request deletion

Open the Sky Garden app and check the Profile, Settings, or Support area for an account-deletion or support option. If no deletion option is available, the request process has not yet been verified on this website.

What may be affected

Account profile details, your listings, and other account-linked content may require review for removal. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal obligations, or dispute handling. Exact categories and retention periods have not yet been confirmed.

Before you proceed

Save any content you want to keep. Deleting the app from your phone does not necessarily delete the online account.
